You only pay for message credits (to send outbound WhatsApp messages), AI credits (for AI-powered replies), and extra storage beyond the free 1 GB.

Each outgoing WhatsApp message costs 1 G4 credit, regardless of whether it's a broadcast, AI reply, or manual send. Inbound messages are always free. AI-generated replies also consume AI credits (token-based) in addition to the 1 message credit for delivery.

Every new account receives free message credits to try the platform (amount set by the platform admin). If you use them all, simply purchase a credit pack to continue sending.
