This Privacy Policy explains how Sotor Easy Life Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use G4 Message ("Service"), a WhatsApp Business Platform automation product within the G4 Cloud family (which also includes G4 Mail, G4 CRM, and the G4 SSO authentication service at accounts.g4.business).
This Policy applies to personal data we process as a controller for account, billing, and support, and as a processor on your behalf for end-customer message data you manage through G4 Message. Where we process data on your behalf, your own privacy terms govern that data and you are the controller.
Account Data: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number, company name, billing address, tax identifier (e.g., GSTIN), and subscription plan.
Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages and features used, session activity, logs, and diagnostic data across G4 Cloud apps.
Message & Contact Data: WhatsApp message content, contact lists, conversation transcripts, chatbot/funnel configuration, and media you upload — processed solely to deliver the Service and stored in your account.
WhatsApp / Meta Data: when you connect a WhatsApp Business number, Meta provides us with technical data (e.g., phone-number verification status, message delivery receipts, template status) needed to operate the integration.
We use your data to: provide, maintain, and secure the Service; authenticate you via G4 SSO; process billing and subscriptions; send transactional notifications (OTPs, password resets, plan alerts); provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your end-customer message content to train models.
When you sign in via G4 SSO, a session cookie (g4_session) is set for the .g4.business domain, enabling seamless authentication across G4 Mail, G4 Message, and G4 CRM. The session is validated server-to-server on each request.
We share data only as needed: (a) with Meta Platforms, Inc. and the WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive your messages — governed by Meta's privacy practices; (b) with payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) to process your subscription; (c) with email/SMS/infrastructure sub-processors under contract; and (d) with authorities where required by law. We require sub-processors to protect data per this Policy.
Because the Service integrates with Meta's global WhatsApp infrastructure, message data necessarily flows to Meta and its subprocessors outside India. By using the Service you acknowledge such transfers. We rely on standard contractual and legal safeguards where applicable.
We retain account data for the life of your account plus 30 days after deletion; message/contact data is retained per your plan and deleted on account closure unless you export it or law requires longer retention. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian law.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights contact g4nearyou@gmail.com. For end-customer data you control, direct requests to you (the controller).

G4 Message is a business product not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We apply industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, network isolation, monitoring) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
